**Buzzmetrics** is rapidly expanding and we are looking for steady and analytical professionals to help support our growth.

**Research Manager **is responsible for managing group of client servicing team (10-15 members). They are responsibility for appropriate high levels of service to those clients through team development (training, growing team, planning IDP, build culture...) and PnL management.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**1. People Leadership (30%)**
- Closely guide and coach a project team in their daily activities by providing business context, setting performance goals and actively implement plans for career development
- Encouraging, inspiring and sharing knowledge with the team

**2. Client Consulting (25%)**
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with clients through various channels
- Provide day-to-day liaison with external clients to make sure the project status is well communicated
- Presenting findings back to clients in a clear, concise and engaging manner
- Develops, manages and mentors staff to build client understanding across all disciplines to work process vs. just project orientation, strategic insight and presentation skills

**3. Research Executing (25%)**
- Oversee the team to ensure flawless execution of all market research projects from design to delivery
- Manage all aspects of running complex research projects
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g. research, operations) to implement project management practice across all projects

**4. Cost Management (15%)**
- Ensure job profitability is achieved to meet the business expectations and instill this in the project team

Others (5%)
- Recommend and able to exceute improvements in work processes within the area of responsibility
- Other tasks assigned by Research Head

**REQUIREMENTS**

**1. Education/ Knowledge**
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing or related field

**2. Skill**:

- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external people
- Ability to work effectively in high pressure & with cross-functional teams
- Able to motivate team member’ spirit
- Be good at convey company philosophy and company culture
- Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English especially writing

**3. Experience**:

- At least 5 year experience in marketing field or related position
- Have an experience in social listening is an advantage
- Previous market research exposure is an advantage
- Any other experience to prove that you can do the job well

**4. Personality**:

- Possess high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
- Collaborative, innovative, flexible
- Be trusted, adaptable and proactive attitude
