**Summary**

The IT Support Officer role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the IT systems and services. Additionally, the role includes responsibility for ensuring the security and integrity of computer operations and systems in accordance with the Knauf Global IT strategic plan

**Responsibilities**
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks including asset control
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Conducting IT orientation for new joiners
- Logging all incidents and service requests and manage tickets/requests, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency
- Demonstrating commitment to and promotion of a culture of service excellence and continual improvement within the IT team

**Requirements**:

- Relevant IT/industry experience and/or qualifications/experience in the following areas: Windows Server, Network, Backup and Virtualization
- Demonstrated understanding of IT Management
- Basic Business English in 4 skills
- Relevant IT degree or industry experience;

+ HCM Office: Habour View 7th floor - 35 Nguyen Hue, Ben Nghe ward, Dist. 1, HCMC;
+ HCM Plant: Lot B3a, Hiep Phuoc IP, Hiep Phuoc Commune, Nha Be Ward, HCMC (shuttle bus provided in Dist. 4 & 7, HCMC)
- Working time: Monday-Friday (8:30 - 17:30 at HCM Office & 8:00-17:00 at HCM Plant)
