Senior System Operation and Maintenance Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the stability and security of the system, maintenance and update and upgrade, and optimize the system operation efficiency, output the corresponding construction and deployment documents and upgrade plan documents.
- Responsible for system launch, configuration changes, status monitoring, capacity management, fault emergency response, etc.
- Responsible for online major problem investigation, emergency accident handling, subsequent accident analysis and optimization.
- Responsible for system failure drills, emergency plans, SOP manual writing.
- Responsible for system high availability suggestions and management, including current limiting, degradation, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, etc.
- Responsible for the preparation of operation and maintenance specifications and process documents, and make them tool-based and platform-based to ensure operation and maintenance safety and improve operation and maintenance efficiency.

**Job requirements**:

- More than 7 years of experience in business operation and maintenance of Internet companies, bachelor’s degree or above in computer related majors.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and service awareness.
- Familiar with the architecture of large Internet platforms, familiar with microservice frameworks, distributed components, high concurrency and high availability systems, and have rich practical experience.
- Familiar with Linux system principles, kernel mechanisms and performance optimization, proficient in TCP/IP and HTTP protocol principles.
- Familiar with at least one programming language among Golang, Python, and Java, and have practical project development experience.
- Familiar with the operation, maintenance and tuning of common components such as Nginx, CDN, DNS, Tomcat, Redis, etc.
- Have practical experience in at least one direction such as capacity management, multi-active disaster recovery, fault drills, and service governance.
- Have strong hands-on and communication skills, teamwork spirit and adaptability, and maintain efficient communication in emergency situations.
- Willing to travel or relocate to **other countries** or **project location as assigned** if required.
