Our client is a potential name in the Fintech market. You'll be joining a growing & international working environment. We are looking for a Software Development Manager, who:

- Responsible for the company's software development department.
- Proactively and closely collaborate with businesses to design, develop, and operate innovative financial products and services.
- Lead software team and engages with various departments in business, marketing, and finance to roll out new systems and execute continuing process improvements to existing systems.
- Maintain current knowledge of SW standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development techniques.
- Use industry best practices, cutting-edge technology, and software engineering concepts to solve business problems while also attaining long-term scalability and decreased operational costs inside the firm.
- Provide technical leadership and direction, as well as hands-on resource and project management, for all site/software development activities.
- Manage the function's manpower and resources while mentoring and sustaining the engineering department.
- Foster a strong software engineering culture centered on transparency, collaboration, and teamwork.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or any other relevant discipline; a certificate is preferred.
- English fluency.
- Have prior knowledge with Java technology.
- Have experience in software engineering, site/software development, and working with various software-industry business models such as subscription, e-commerce, support, and fulfillment.
- Have experience managing a frontend and backend team through cross-functional projects and tracking project progress. - Have experience with agile development processes and architectural knowledge of web-based and backend technologies.
- Have R&D experience
- Solid and strong experience in banking, lending projects & products
- Knowledge of technology and software

Core Java 8,9, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and NetflixOSS are all supported.

MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, ELK) are all supported.

Middleware for messaging or streaming, such as RabbitMQ or Kafka

Cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud)

Delivery and Continuous Integration

Working knowledge of distributed architectures, SOA, microservices, and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).

Extensive knowledge of Agile and Test Driven Development (TDD) approaches.

Knowledge of containers and container technologies such as Docker.

Knowledge of container orchestration technologies such as Mesos, Kubernetes, and OpenShift is required.

Experience in high-availability, high-scale, and high-performance systems is required.
- Attitude: Be truthful, proactive, enthusiastic about your work, and capable of working under pressure.
