**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm mảng **Ví điện tử** (lợi thế lớn);
- Quản lý, điều hành nhân sự phòng Phát triển Sản phẩm;
- Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và vận hành các hệ thống phần mềm của công ty;
- Chịu trách nhiệm định hướng chiến lược về kỹ thuật, công nghệ cho toàn bộ hệ thống phần mềm của công ty;
- Xây dựng kế hoạch nhân sự, kế hoạch thực hiện cho các dự án và công việc được giao;
- Tiếp nhận các hệ thống chuyển giao công nghệ;
- Tuyển dụng nhân sự, đào tạo, xây dựng đội ngũ phát triển nguồn nhân lực;
- Quản lý, điều phối các bộ phận thuộc phòng để đảm bảo việc phát triển và vận hành các sản phẩm của công ty;
- Quản lý và phối hợp với các phòng ban khác triển khai các dự án của công ty;
- Nghiên cứu cải tiến sản phẩm, nghiên cứu các sản phẩm cùng lĩnh vực, cải tiến sản phẩm phù hợp nhu cầu vận hành;
- Thực hiện vai trò tham mưu đối với việc phát triển công nghệ, nhân sự của Ban CNTT;
- Tham mưu và góp ý vào việc xây dựng các quy trình, quy định, chính sách của Ban CNTT;
- Tham mưu cho lãnh đạo về cơ cấu tổ chức, phân công trách nhiệm, quyền hạn cho các chức danh, KPI công việc trực thuộc bộ phận mình quản lý;
- Chịu trách nhiệm báo cáo Trưởng Ban CNTT kết quả thực hiện các công việc được giao.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan;
- **Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm**_ _**ở vị trí tương đương;
- Khả năng lãnh đạo, quản lý, xây dựng và phát triển đội nhóm;
- Tư duy hệ thống, logic và tư duy đột phá;
- Khả năng lắng nghe, giao tiếp, đàm phán, thuyết phục;
- Khả năng lập kế hoạch, tổ chức công việc, giám sát và báo cáo công việc;
- Có khả năng làm việc với cường độ cao;
- Có trách nhiệm và quyết đoán;
- Có kiến thức vững chắc phát triển hệ thống và triển khai phần mềm;
- Khả năng phối hợp và gắn kết đội ngũ;
- Chủ động trong công việc, có tư duy của người làm chủ.
