**Job Description** Internal Control**
- „Conducting timely monitoring procedures as per risk assessment mitigation plan, reporting of findings and monitoring of measure closure.
- „Shaping and steering an adequate, effective, efficient Internal Control System (ICS)
- „Providing methodical support to identify and mitigate risks at stake holder departments
- „Promoting the standardization and enhancement of ICS processes, methods, and IT tools
- „Fostering a risk-oriented control approach, that balances risk coverage with related control costs
- „Acting as liaison between C/ICS initiatives and BGSW corporate functions for knowledge dissemination

**Risk Treatment Management „**
- Capture and assess identified risks.
- „Develop suitable treatment strategies for captured risks.
- „Ensure the implementation of the treatment strategies that have been developed.
- „Determine the resources needed for risk treatment and coordinate with the responsible managers.
- „Regularly inform and coordinate on the status of relevant risks with relevant officeholders and roles, in particular with OE management and RMO.

**Act as Export Control Officer**:Conduct minimum export control check as regulated on Bosch’s central directive:

- „Sanctioned Party List Screening
- „Sensitive End Use
- „Procurement in Embargo Countries
- „Machinery and Equipment (MAE)
- „Use of NLAG, Dummy Numbers
- Trading and Brokering Transactions

**Qualifications**
- „Good communication in both English and Vietnamese, analytical skills with problem solving attitude
- „Bachelor's degree in Auditing/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
- „Ability to plan and organize the work in order to meet target set
- „Adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- „Experience in motivating, leading, and creating an effective team environment
- At least 3-4 years experience in similar position
