- Provides exceptional services to guests and internal customers in other department at all time to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships.
- Assists with RFP responses and the drafting and distribution of proposals and contracts.
- Maintains an efficient and accurate filing system to record all sales agreements, contracts and quotations
- Entertains and conducts hotel inspections to clients whenever required.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities.
- Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guest's requests and expectations are being met.
- Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems
- Ensures all allocated Accounts are being updated regularly and all activities / events log book is being accurately maintained
- Follows up sales leads whenever required or assigned by the Sales Managers / Executives.
- Prepares, compiles and distributes the weekly / monthly reports in a timely manner.
- Assists in the compilation of Market Surveys and Competitor Researches report and in sales blitz.
- Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests needs and expectation are being met.
- Assists the Sales Manager / Executives to follow up on all matters in the absence of the Sales Manager / Executives.
- Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Understands and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety
- Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
- Fresh graduates from Hospitality School are welcome
- Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions as an Admin, Secretary, Coordinator would be a useful benefit
- Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit
- Great problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Great English communication
