**Mô tả công việc Job Title**: Senior Buyer (FMCG)

**Your key roles**:

- Grow and acquire new brands and products to join Telio platforms (Grocery, beverages, HPC - focused category may change depending on business needs)
- Manage product listing and ensure targeted margin is followed
- Continuously review sales plan and work with Sales Team to push sales out and investigate if there‘re any issues to support Sales Team
- Directly work with Country Category Manager to strategize and develop the category
- Negotiate with brands and suppliers to deal promotions, pricing strategies
- Responsible for managing the relationship with sellers, brands after the acquisition
- Other tasks assigned by line manager Quyền lợi được hưởng Cơ cấu thu nhập: Lương cơ bản + Phụ cấp + Thưởng hiệu quả công việc (KPIs)

**Thu nhập trung bình**: 12.000.000 - 20.000.000 VNĐ/tháng

Tham gia Company trip và các sự kiện khác của công ty
Được đào tạo và có cơ hội thăng tiến lên vị trí cao hơn

Làm việc tại môi trường startup năng động, trẻ, có sức bật nhanh cùng các Lãnh đạo nhiệt tình, giàu kinh nghiệm, luôn hỗ trợ nhân viên Yêu cầu công việc - At least 2-year working experience as or similar positions in Grocery (cooking ingredients, savory, etc.) or Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic, milk) category, or Health Personal Care. The preferred category depends on recruitment needs at certain time.
- Strong suppliers sourcing skills
- Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong comprehension, willingness to learn, adaptability, and flexibility to the pace of the industry
