**Project description**:
As a Resident Engineer, your role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of complex mechatronic systems. It combines technical expertise with logistics and warranty support, demanding a deep understanding of mechanical and electronic systems, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.

**Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities:
Hardware and Mechatronics Expertise: On-site support for hardware and mechatronics, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical, electronic, and software components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.

Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics for hardware and mechatronic components to ensure timely deliveries and inventory management. Work with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize component flow. Monitor and manage inventory levels.

Warranty Support: Manage warranty processes, including tracking, claims, and overseeing repairs or replacements. Collaborate with customers to address warranty needs. Maintain accurate records of warranty-related activities.

Client Communication: Establish strong client relationships and be the main contact for hardware and mechatronics issues. Provide regular project updates and address client inquiries. Offer technical guidance and training to clients when needed.

**Skills**:
Must have

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in hardware and mechatronics troubleshooting and maintenance, ideally in a resident engineer role. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management. Familiarity with warranty management processes. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to work independently or in a team Advanced English writing skills Driver's license
