**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing complex, multi-platform digital marketing strategy and online marketing campaigns
- Ability to suggest innovative real estate marketing ideas and think of new ways to connect with real estate agents/ real estate professionals
- Experience in real estate marketing or working with real estate marketing strategy
- Content creation experience; copy-writing (long and short-form), graphic design a plus
