SUMMARY

This is a technical position responsible for design and development programming, and maintenance or modification programming based on the business principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Under general supervision is responsible for the following major tasks:

- Responsible for projects from start to finish.
- Conduct user training.
- Responsible for learning programming techniques from other staff members and new programming technology.
- May also mentor junior programmers or student intern.
- Backup to daily EDI monitoring
- Troubleshoot, track, and resolve day-to-day issues
- Perform system configuration, mapping for both Ansi X12 and EDIFACT
- Management of transactions and processes.
- Ability to independently analyze and solve complex technical problems involving data load issues, system response time, and business rules conflicts.
- Management of VAN connectivity for trading partners.
- Backup On-Call after hour EDI support

Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Possesses the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices.
- A minimum score of 26 on the Wonderlic Contemporary Cognitive Ability Test.

Good command of the English languages, both written and spoken.

Work from 2PM to 10:30 PM (30 mins break) from Monday to Saturday
