Portfolio Manager
Integrated Facilities Management - Work Dynamics (APAC/Vietnam)

**What this job involves**:
Overview
JLL IFM Team Manages the Facilities services for several Accounts in Vietnam. On site teams headed by a Facilities Manager complete the day to day running of these sites, with support and assistance coming from the JLL HQ Account Management Team.
Due to the specialized nature of this type of account, JLL would like to recruit an Portfolio Manager to manage all aspects of these specialized accounts, but with a focus on Operations, Finance, Manpower and Technical Support, to ensure all client KPI’s are not only met, but exceeded, and within required budgets, ensuring P&L requirements are met.
Strong client focus is required, attending weekly meetings, assisting with breakdowns, and emergencies.

Leading on-site operations
Are you a pro at giving on-site support? Working with a site team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property or facility. You’ll also implement building procedures and performance measures—and ensure that they are maintained at all times. Likewise, you’ll boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes. Support Engineering Operation and Maintenance at accounts including Preventive and Reactive Maintenance activity, incident management report. Also supporting small sustainability and project management. This job will also entail the question “How do I ensure the safety of my colleagues?” You will do this by promoting adherence to health and safety standards.

Winning our clients’ trust
As the account manager, you’ll be working closely with clients, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise, you’ll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the clients’ expectations are met each and every time. You will also be the go-to person for any facilities-related concerns.

Keeping an eye on budget and contracts
Do you have a solid background in finance management? As the person in charge, you will overall take care of the site’s financial operations. Also part of your job is to coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and make sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract, and at the right cost.

JLL requires a highly skilled, self-starting, problem solving, motivating, Engineering / Technical Degree qualified (Master preferred) Industrial Account Manager, to manage all aspects of the JLL Account portfolio.
JLL’s accounts are spread across Vietnam, so travelling will be required for this role.

Bachelor’s degree (Prefer Masters)
7 Years’ experience working on Facilities / Office Management for multi accounts / clients / locations
Experience of Managing facilities teams, especially Technicians/ Engineers
Able to travel at short notice within Vietnam
Experience in sourcing and managing 3rd party contractors / vendors

Competent and goal-driven
