We are looking for a General Accountant to help our Operations team.

**Responsibilities**:
Accounting tasks:

- Monthly entering accounting data into software to maintain proper, accurate, and meticulous records in a timely manner;
- Preparing and providing accounting reports as required, as well as coordinating the preparation of the runway forecast;
- Coordinating with outsourcing accounting service in the preparation of data for Tax Department, audit, employees' social insurance and personal income tax, etc. as required;
- Arranging periodical payments such as the office lease, payroll, SHUI, services, overhead expenses, etc.;
- Checking the company bank accounts and funds on a regular basis to ensure a sufficient balance for timely payment;
- Other assigned ad-hoc duties when required.

Admin tasks:

- Preparing labor documents as requests: labor contracts, termination agreements, employment letters, etc.;
- Managing employee payroll: reimbursement, transactions, reports, procedures, and policies;
- Provide office equipment, office supplies, facilities and maintenance.
- To brainstorm the ideas, arrange and manage budget of events and team building activities of the company.
- Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
- Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
- Provides deals and supplies by identifying needs for office.
- Provide general support to visitors, arrange accommodation, air tickets, visa.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Word and Excel skills;
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant roles;
- Being familiar with Google Drive, Google Spreadsheet is a plus;
- Deep knowledge about labor policies, PIT, tax regulations, and financial reports;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure and take multi-task;
- A sense of responsibility, result-orientation;
- A willingness to learn, a pro-active attitude in work, and the ability to work with mínimal supervision;
- Be honest, patient, and organized;
- A can-do attitude and team spirit.
