**Job Summary**:
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in building and implementing L&D plans for large organizations, preferably in the IT industry. The HR Team Leader will play a key role in Learning and development, performance management, and providing insights to improve all related HR functions.

**Responsibilities**:
The HR Team Lead is expected to work across various fields of HR, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all HR functions. This includes, but is not limited to, the following key areas of focus:

- **Learning & Development**
- Develop and implement strategic L&D plans for the organization.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct internal training courses and collaborate with external training providers to implement this initiative within the company.
- Develop an annual training budget and provide corresponding recommendations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- **Performance Management**:

- Build, maintain and improve performance evaluation forms and templates.
- Plan and execute periodic performance reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a fair and transparent appraisal process.
- **Recruitment**:

- Lead sourcing activities to build qualified talent pool
- Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- **HR Strategy and Improvement**:

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and functions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor codes and HR policies.

- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on L&D and Performance Appraisal, spanning over 5 years.
- Proven track record in recruitment, including sourcing and planning.
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing L&D strategies for organizations with over 100 employees, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of L&D, performance management **processes, and tools.**:
