Samsung SDS is looking for Network Engineers to Provide network services, and manage to improve network availability and efficiency.

It includes the following tasks
- Network Change Management
- Security
- Incident and problem management
- Network monitoring
- Technical support
- Availability, continuity and service level management
- Network configuration management
- Capacity and performance management

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- BA in IT, Electronics and Telecommunications or related fields
- Generally 2+ years of relevant experience in Network operations.
- Technical background in:

- Familiar with operate, configure & manage Cisco/ Jupiter device such as Router, Firewall, L3, L2 switches.
- Having good background about networking such as routing, switching
- Having good experience about network monitoring & troubleshooting
- Having experience using Network monitoring tool such as Cacti, PRTG, Zabbix,...
- Negotiation, problem-solving skills and teamwork.
- Certificate of CCNA or CCNP is a plus
- Knowledge and Experience of ITSM/ITIL (plus point)
