  • Operation network infrastructure (of both Data Center and Offices) such as Internet, security, wired, wireless, video conference
  • Manage routers, switches, access points, firewalls and others network devices in Data Center (include: monitoring, upgrading, configuration, troubleshooting).
  • Coordinate with Junior Network Engineer in monitoring the status and quality of Data Center and customers' network connections, system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system issues when they arise.
  • Deployment of customers WAN/LAN/VPN/Wireless at the request.
  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
  • Coordinating with other teams to operate and handle problems of Data Center or customers.
  • Coordinating with Internet Service Provider partners to handle network problems for Data Center or customers.
  • In charge of surveying, setting up, testing and maintaining customer's network connection.
  • Support Junior Network Engineer and Customer Service Team in operation daily works.
  • Onsite support /cotroubleshooting with Customer Service Team at customer site when needed.
  • Support Sales Team to consulting for customers about the company's services.
  • Participate in researching new technology trends, new solutions in Data Center (as SDN, SD-WAN, NFW, DDoS,) or in IT (Network & Security on Cloud,).

Yêu cầu công việc:

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in equivalent positions.
  • Hardworking and willing to learn, selfstudy ability.

Language:
Proficient in read and written technical English.

Skill:

  • Ability with Network/Security operations.
  • Have good understanding: Network model, TCP/IP model, VoIP, wireless system, VPN, security system.
  • Worked and experience with products of vendors as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Meraki,
  • Ability to solve problems in stressful situations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to sale, inexperienced users.
  • Time management skills.

Acknowledgments:

  • Have at least certificated CCNA (or JNCIA)
  • Having certificates professional in Networking (CCNP Service Provider, JNCP), or Collaboration (CCNP Collab), or Security... is an advantage.
