As an Admin Assistant for Sales, you will be responsible for providing the administrative supports within the organization. If career growth is important to you, we not only know how to help you with that, it’s what we love to do.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Develop and implement safety programs in the office, transportation safety, and related facilities.
- Provide administrative supports to branches within the organization in sales matters.
- Provide periodical reports for direct-sale support services.
- Manage and update the documents of divisions in an organized manner.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

- If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

- Proven work experience related to Technical Clerk, Administration or Customer Service
- Less than 2 years of experience (We also welcome fresh graduates)
- English skills is equivalent to TOEIC 600 (at least)
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Teamwork, autonomy, carefulness, detail and customer-oriented
- Good prioritizing, organization and communication skills
- Integrity, trustful, positive thinking, open-minded and ability to work under pressure
