MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Ensuring that everything is in order before guests arrive, reviewing the guest list to check special requirements, greeting guests, and providing information on facilities.
Communicate properly with other departments, such as housekeeping, and F&B sections to ensure all guest requests are attended to in a timely and efficient manner before and after the guest's arrival.
Offer the guests their guest room/villa orientation on arrival.
Provide proactive and personalized service to every guest.
Attend to all guest requests in an efficient and timely manner taking care of guest preferences from the time they check in to the time they check out and beyond.
Take ownership and leadership of all guest rooms and villas at the retreats, including supervising, directing, assisting, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and villas.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to managers, such as the retreat manager and FOM
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Manager.
