**YOUR MAIN DUTIES**:

- Take care of the optimizations and maintenance of the portfolio of ads of AdStart Media
- Seek out and partner with Ad Networks, Traffic sources and Affiliates
- Set up and handle the optimizations of the digital ad campaigns in accordance with the Clients’ needs
- Analyze the daily activities of every partner account and their campaigns in all countries
- Seek for the best performing campaign for each partner’s traffic
- Perform marketing researches and analysis based on the performance of each campaign
- Collections and invoicing reconciliation
- Update campaigns with payouts, creative and contact information
- Maintain the highest level of customer service
- Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth
- Work with statistics data and evaluate important metrics such as CR, EPC, CPA etc.
- Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy
- Controlling traffic quality and volume

**YOUR ATTRIBUTES**:

- English fluency is a must with strong communication skill
- Ability to plan work to meet deadlines and unexpected situations and/or requests
- Creative and analytical thinker with proactive approach towards problem solving
- Perfect knowledge of Excel and Office products
- Fast learner and strongly motivated
- High attention to details is a must
- Able to succeed in and enjoy a fast-paced, quick-witted environment
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
