**THE ROLE**

The **Project Manager** is responsible for successfully managing the implementation of TEMENOS products within the Project Plan and in accordance with the TEMENOS Implementation Methodology and client’s business objectives. The Project Manager takes the lead in project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, project team management, troubleshooting and maintaining of good customer relations.

**OPPORTUNITIES**
- You will determine the scope and clear business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of implementation projects (completion of the Project Definition Document)
- You will prepare and communicate project plan to client, project team and Client Services Management
- You will obtain client sign off on:

- Project definition and scope
- Project deliverables and agreed milestones
- All change control items
- You will plan, manage and maximize utilization of project resources
- You will implement and manage project Change Control procedures
- You will manage client expectations and ensure implementation is within the agreed scope and timeframe
- You will manage and own the resolution of all inter work stream issues
- You will produce project dashboards and hold project meetings, on a regular basis, with the team and separately with the client to ensure that project is on track
- You will inform TEMENOS Management on issues outside own responsibilities that may affect the success of a project or TEMENOS position
- You will monitor quality of deliverables according to TEMENOS Implementation Methodology and standards and maintain Project File and TMQ documentation
- You will carry out end-of-project performance appraisals for consultants involved, identify with them and report training and development needs
- You will ensure the promotion of TEMENOS image by the team at client site
- You will develop and maintain close relationships with the client and ensure client satisfaction
- You will identify and advice the Account Managers of opportunities to increase revenues
- You will ensure appropriate submission of project team timesheets, approve timesheets, and expense claims and provide Finance with accurate information for invoicing purposes
- You will provide aid and advice to the project team members in the execution of their tasks and motivate the team for success
- You will perform such other duties, functions, and services, consistent with status or vocational ability, as may from time to time be required

**SKILLS**
- You should have **minimum of eight (8) years of experience in banking industry**:

- You should have **strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills (both oral and written)**:

- You should have **vendor / system integrator experience as a Project Manager**:

- Skilled in delivering projects using a **PMBoK / Prince 2 based project management methodology**:

- Fluent in **English and Vietnamese**:

- You should have high calibre of **resource management skill, customer relationship management skill, time management skill, facilitation skill, conflict resolution skill **so to manage both external and internal stakeholders
- You should have **advanced commercial management skill** paired with project scheduling and coordination skill
- Multitasker who has proven problem-solving skill, and has attention to details
- Strong leadership skill with big-picture thinking and vision
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office
- You should have experience in working with remote teams
- Will be based in Hanoi and willing to travel on frequent basis
- Financial services and / or banking experience preferred
- Core banking replacement, online banking portal development and implementation experience
- SaaS migration experience
- Experience managing teams with resources based in India / Eastern Europe
- PMI and / or Prince 2 certification
