ICTS Custom Software cung cấp các giải pháp phát triển phần mềm và ứng dụng di động cho các khách hàng là doanh nghiệp, startups, agencies có trụ sở tại Châu Âu, Nhật, Úc và Singapore. :

- Thiết kế, phát triển và triển khai các phần mềm với ReactJS.
- Tham gia vào tất cả các khâu trong quá trình phát triển ứng dụng, bao gồm: tìm hiểu yêu cầu, phân tích, thiết kế, nghiên cứu công nghệ mới.
- Phối hợp với các thành viên nhóm dự án khác dưới sự điều phối của Quản lý trực tiếp và tiếp xúc trực tiếp với khách hàng nước ngoài.

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Lương: 15-25 triệu VNĐ/tháng
- Thu nhập: 13++ tháng lương/năm, thưởng Tết và các dịp lễ: 30/4, 2/9, Tết Dương Lịch, thưởng theo dự án, thưởng theo Performance
- Thời gian làm việc: 8h30 đến 18h00 từ thứ 2 - Thứ 6, KHÔNG OVERTIME, đảm bảo Work-life Balance
- Được tham gia các Câu lạc bộ của Công ty: CLB Cầu lông, Bóng bàn, CLB Xem phim,
- Được làm việc trong môi trường sử dụng tiếng Anh thường xuyên, Công ty hỗ trợ chương trình đào tạo tiếng anh Rocket English 1-1
- Môi trường drama-free và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình từ đồng nghiệp. Mỗi thành viên đều được tôn trọng và đánh giá công bằng dựa trên năng lực
- Cafe, đồ uống, đồ ăn nhẹ luôn có sẵn tại văn phòng
- Tham gia teambuilding 2 lần/năm, các sự kiện nội bộ và du lịch hàng năm (4 ngày 3 đêm) do công ty tài trợ
- Hưởng 15 ngày nghỉ phép nguyên lương/năm
- Mức đãi ngộ, thưởng cạnh tranh, Review lương & đánh giá năng lực định kỳ 6 tháng/lần nhằm xây dựng lộ trình phát triển cá nhân hóa theo nhu cầu nhân sự
- Tham gia mọi chế độ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo quy định của Luật lao động Việt Nam sau 2 tháng thử việc
- Được công ty tài trợ 100% gói Bảo hiểm tự nguyện (Bảo Việt Care/PTI) sau 6 tháng làm việc

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với ReactJS.
- Nắm vững kiến thức về Javascript.
- Sử dụng tốt các hệ thống quản lý source code như Git, Github.
- Có tư duy phân tích tốt để cùng team giải quyết các vấn đề trong công việc.
- Có năng lực học hỏi và khả năng tìm hiểu các công nghệ mới.
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập/khả năng teamwork tốt.
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu và viết tiếng Anh ở mức tốt. Ưu tiên các bạn có khả năng nghe nói tiếng Anh và có thể giao tiếp với khách hàng.
