**Phúc Lợi**:

- **Mô tả công việc**
- Lập trình, phát triển các dự án phần mềm quản lý của công ty trên nền tảng ReactJs
- Tham gia vào quá trình thiết kế UI/UX
- Cắt chuyển giao diện từ file thiết kế photoshop (PSD) sang HTML/CSS
- Phối hợp với team back-end để xây dựng các API chức năng hiệu quả
- Nghiên cứu, tìm hiểu các công nghệ về HTML/CSS Javascript mới nhất để áp dụng cái tiến sản phẩm
- Hỗ trợ golive và sửa lỗi sản phẩm

**2. Yêu cầu ứng viên**:

- Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 1,5 năm triển khai các phần mềm trên nền tảng ReactJS
- Nắm rõ được cách sử dụng thư viện antd và framework tailwind.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các thư viện mã nguồn mở của ReactJS về drag and drop(kéo thả) là một lợi thế.
- Hiểu life cycle, cơ chế render cập nhật data trong ứng dụng ReactJS và tối ưu hóa được performance của ứng dụng.
- Có nền tảng vững chắc về HTML,CSS, Javascript.
- Nắm vững về pattern redux (các thành phần giao tiếp, flow data ).
- Sử dụng thành thạo ES5, ES6.
- Sử dụng thành thạo API ReactJS, nắm được các API của bản mới cập nhật.
- Có kinh nghiệm với Cơ sở dữ liệu như MongoDB hoặc PostgresQL.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với GIT.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tối ưu hiệu năng cho những ứng dụng thực tế trên production, phục vụ lượng lớn người dùng và dữ liệu

**3. Quyền lợi**:
