Be familiar with & operate to the cleaning service and other services
Scope of Work as defined in the Master Agreement.
Ensure that on-site service is well maintained and effectively communicated with customer.
Effectively manage cleaning service vendor and other vendors in order to deliver qualified and satisfied services
Assist with critical out-of-hours issues & participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations
Liaise closely with procurement team to ensure procurement process carried out correctly in purchasing items related to employee service
Liaise closely with the client on-site representatives to address problems and/or enhance working environment improvement
Work collaboratively with facilities team colleagues both within the account & in the wider JLL network
Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or Site Leader on a needs be basis.
Provide an effective contribution to the team’s delivery, which contribution via regular feedback, to the overall performance of the delivery team
Works towards individual targets, monitor and manages individual performance
Actively search-out opportunities to achieve better or best results and increase the service delivery provided by JLL
Promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients.
Gains respects of superiors, subordinates, peers and clients.
Any other duties as and when required by the Manager
