This role will identify knowledge gaps and develop the right content, materials and forums in which to engage and educate sellers throughout their lifecycle on TikTok Shop. This will include dedicated seller interfacing support such as workshops, scalable external training solutions and longer-term internal education programmes to level up the organisation as a whole. Your interest and professional expertise are related to building these training programmes, problem solving to meet partner/customer requirements, cross-functional collaboration, communication and project management.

**Responsibilities**:
**Education
- Develop and define the training strategy, execution framework and learning curriculum to build seller capabilities for successful onboarding and growth on TikTok Shop
- Identify business critical learning needs, prioritise and approve budgeted resources to deliver the external and internal training roadmap. Project manage training projects across the entire seller lifecycle
- Define and deliver content for internal and external training programmes across various mediums, from in person workshops/programs, to training videos and other materials delivered via digital curriculums
- Provide overall support for daily operations on TikTok Shop.
- Facilitate collaboration and information-sharing among different teams and stakeholders both within TikTok and in external businesses, to provide up-to-date information and developments. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and education evaluation feedback to continuously optimise training programmes
- Set up a measurement framework to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of these programmes on seller performance

**Engagement
- Strategise and manage the Engagement team's online and offline events
- Secure budget and sponsorship from partners
- Handle key communication and stakeholder management between internal stakeholders, social media groups/channels (eg: TikTok, Zalo, Facebook, etc) and influencers
- Weekly reporting and post analysis of programs/sentiment monitoring

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement
- 5+ years experience in planning, delivery and evaluation of learning content, in both bespoke and highly scalable formats
- Strategic mindset and high curiosity to deeply understand the inner workings of TikTok Shop
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects/training initiatives simultaneously, with a high level of commitment and strong bias to action
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in TikTok and wider social commerce, to provide thought leadership and strategic insights
- Appropriate skills including multimedia and social media platforms and designing tools
- Previous experience in e-commerce marketplaces is a strong plus

**Preferred experience
- Experience in Ecommerce or Tech organisations is preferred
- Experience working in matrix, and/or global organisations
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
- People management experiences
