- Làm sạch khu vực thuộc phạm vi phụ trách: phòng khách, hành lang,theo quy trình và tiêu chuẩn đã định.

To clean responsible areas: guest rooms, passage,in accordance with procedures and standards prescribed.
- Chuẩn bị đầy đủ, bảo quản các trang thiết bị, dụng cụ, hóa chấtphục vụ cho việc làm sạch.

To prepare, preserve all equipment, tools, chemicalsneeded for sanitation.
- Kiểm tra và báo các bộ phận liên quan về tình trạng minibar, trang thiết bị trong phòng khi khách trả phòng.

To check and report to relevant departments about minibar status, room equipment when guests check out.
- Báo cáo, đề xuất sửa chữa thay thế, đồng thời theo dõi quá trình thay thế sửa chữa các trang thiết bị trong phòng khách, các khu vực thuộc phạm vi phụ trách.

To report, recommend repair of replacement, as well as keep track of the repairing, replacing process in guest rooms and other responsible areas.
- Đáp ứng các yêu cầu của khách trong phạm vi quyền hạn cho phép.

To meet all guest requirements within authority allowed.
- Phối hợp các bộ phận liên quan trong việc bảo đảm các quy định về ANTT và PCCC.

To coordinate with relevant departments in ensuring regulations of security, safety and fire prevention.

Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.
