**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Payroll/ Bonus**:
- Time sheet
- Check the attendance record
- Overtime
- Payroll/bonus calculation
- Pay slip/Bonus letter
- Staff’ allowance
Health Care Insurance & Accident Insurance
- Follow the contract, payment.
- Manage the claim for staff.
- Monthly update to the supplier
**Social Insurance**:
- Monthly update (new staff/ resignation/change)
- Monthly payment.
- Claims and other works related to SI
**PIT**:
- PIT calculation
- Finalization PIT
- Monthly PIT report
**Offboarding**:
- General process
- Final payment
- SI book close
**Procedures/policies**:
- Compose/update resignation procedures
- Decisions on revising/adjusting other policies
**Others**:
- Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly reports related to C&B function
- Prepare all the decisions relating salary/allowance/ promotion/ transferring/ relocation, etc. of C&B function
- Preparing letter of confirmation of Salary, Labor contract, Employee condition, etc. as per employee requirement
- Internal audit/audit/inspection relating C&B function
- Labor Contract renewal & manage hardcopy files of employees
- Participate in C&B projects and other Company activities
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Graduated from University
- Background on Human Resource
- Ability of using Microsoft office
- Ability of speaking and reporting in English
- Communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Working Organization skills
- Honest, self-motivate, enthusiasm, responsibilities and hardworking
