As a **Lead Security Consultant**, you will be responsible for leading a team of security consultants to provide expert advice and solutions to clients regarding their security needs. This role involves managing client engagements, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring that security solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. The Lead Security Consultant will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and contributing to the overall success of the security consulting practice.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of security consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage client engagements from initiation to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and closure.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security challenges and requirements and develop tailored solutions to address them.
- Conduct security assessments, risk analyses, and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures.
- Stay current on emerging security threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Develop and deliver high-quality security consulting services, including reports, presentations, and workshops, to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and client engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, such as upselling additional services or expanding the scope of existing engagements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals, participate in sales presentations, and contribute to marketing efforts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the security consulting practice.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in security consulting, with 02 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of information security principles, standards, and best practices, including frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
- Experience leading and managing security consulting engagements, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, foster collaboration, and drive results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex security issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth, manage budgets, and contribute to business development efforts.
