Position Description / Key and Responsibilities:

- Organize and oversee advertising/ communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Work closely with team to write and proofread marketing copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, websites materials etc.)
- Communicate with target audiences, build, and develop customer relationships
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
- Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
- Support in analyzing market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
- Work closely with Sales, Technical and other cross-functional teams to enhance existing products and develop new products.
- Coordinate to conduct product training for Sales and Technical teams
- Monitor market trends, analysis consumer markets activities to identify opportunities
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed, and programmer are delivered on time
- Other duties as assigned

- At least 3 years of experience as a marketing coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field
- Highly effective cross-functional team management
- Good writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Good at Vietnamese and English
