**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Talent Acquisition**
- Design talent acquisition and sourcing strategy, build talent pipelines for current and future job openings using appropriate tools of approach, partnership and assessment / selection and use internal search capability as well as personal network to source top talents. Closely collaborates with selected executive search companies for critical senior positions
- Collaborating with Function Heads in assessing and anticipating the recruitment needs at Group level
- Preparing HR documents including Offer Letter, Non-Disclosure Agreement, and other HR related documents for recruitment.
- Following up with relevant departments (IT, Administration) to ensure proper arrangement for new hires in their first working day
- Implementing and assisting with other projects as assigned
- In charge of Talent mapping for Group & subsidiaries as a go-to-business advisor
- Coordinate with Talent Management to facilitate internal talent development including internal transfer, internal promotion, to ensure talent pools for critical positions

- Actively diversifying the branding sources including Social Media to ensure targeted groups get a holistic & real view at company’s branding
- Working with strategic partners: Universities, clubs, events to promote employer brand with diversified approaches

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's Degree with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum seven (5) years experience in Talent Acquisition in multinational companies or big corporations in Vietnam.
- Hard working, creative, open-minded, highly responsible, ability to work under pressure
- Interpersonal and people management skills, ability to maintain employee confidentiality
- Proactive, responsible, strong attention to details and ability to multitask and work with mínimal supervision from Line Manager
