- **Operational Management**:

- Lead and supervise all aspects of factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes to meet production targets while minimizing costs and maximizing output.
- Monitor production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with shipments and delivery schedules.

2**. Quality Control Oversight**:

- Develop and enforce quality control procedures and standards to ensure the production of high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and products to identify deviations and address quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related concerns and implement preventive measures.
- Problem Identification and Resolution:

- Identify deviations or defects in products and escalate issues to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related problems.

**3. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, certifications, and quality management systems (ISO, FDA, etc.).
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for inspections and certifications as necessary.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 4-5 years’ experience in a senior management role within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on both operations management and quality control.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Certification in quality management and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
