As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the strategic/local account(s) strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction for the designated area in the Southern of Vietnam. Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be coordinating the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Understanding the key business drivers of the relevant customer’s business and business environment and interprets the impact and opportunity for ABB. Participating in the development of sales strategies for the account by providing the customer’s current business and long-term plans. Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and SoW growth actions
- Defining and proposes sales targets for the account and ensures their achievement with a structured follow up process across Divisions and Countries. Selling products/solutions/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets representing all ABB
- Creating added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g., frame agreements, Approve Vendor List (AVL) related actions)
- Monitoring competitors’ activity with the account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented. Giving input on market price developments

**Your background**:

- University Degree, Bachelor, in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering
- Up to 5 years’ experience working with relevant field. Experienced field works as site engineer (or maintenance engineer at the factory) is the advantage
- Attention to detail, self-starters, proactive, ability to learn, good interpersonal skills and result oriented
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel within assigned territory and overseas
- Computer literate, good in Microsoft Office tools, AutoCAD
- Good command of spoken and written English
