MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Bạn sẽ đồng hành cùng Operation Manager phát triển hệ thống chuỗi Cowboy Zone Cafe (Một thương hiệu của Huge-Fam)
- Tìm kiếm các điểm bán phù hợp với chiến lược của công ty;
- Đánh giá các yếu tố liên quan đến mặt bằng và hoạt động kinh doanh, đề xuất các mặt bằng tiềm năng;
- Thương thuyết với chủ nhà về giá và các điều khoản của hợp đồng thuê; Tổng hợp, rà soát, phát hiện, phòng ngừa các yếu tố rủi ro liên quan đến hợp đồng thuê;
- Liên hệ với Cơ quan địa phương để nắm tình hình mặt bằng (tình trạng giải toả, tính pháp lý của căn nhà, tinh hình an ninh khu vực,.);
- Thực hiện các thủ tục pháp lý để thuê địa điểm bao gồm soạn thảo văn bản, giấy tờ liên quan tới việc thuê, nghiệm thu và thanh lý;
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp/Cao đẳng/Đại học và có khả năng giao tiếp tốt;
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm công việc tìm kiếm, phát triển mặt bằng;
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong công tác tìm kiếm mặt bằng cho các hệ thống cửa hàng, chuỗi bán lẻ,...;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán;
- Trung thực, chịu khó, chịu đi công tác xa;

**1. CHẾ ĐỘ PHÚC LỢI**
- Lương: Thỏa thuận;
- Lương tháng 13;
- Thưởng 2 tháng lương hiệu quả công việc;
- Thưởng 10% lợi nhuận của Công ty
- Chế độ bảo hiểm Sức khoẻ Bảo Minh & Chế độ BHXH;
- Nghỉ phép hàng năm;
- Đánh giá và điều chỉnh lương hàng năm;
**2. TRANG THIẾT BỊ & CÔNG TÁC PHÍ**
- Mỗi nhân viên đều được cung cấp đầy đủ những trang thiết bị làm việc cần thiết để sẵn sàng đáp ứng yêu cầu trong công việc;
- Nhân viên sẽ được hỗ trợ chi phí di chuyển, lưu trú,... phục vụ cho mục đính công việc, công tác;
- Hỗ trợ sim công ty cho các vị trí đặc thù;
**3. HỌC HỎI & PHÁT TRIỂN**
- Mỗi thành viên đều được khuyến khích đóng góp ý kiến, tranh luận và cải tiến để mang lại hiệu quả và chất lượng công việc;
- Được hỗ trợ tham gia các khóa học, khóa đào tạo nội bộ hoặc bên ngoài phục vụ phát triển kỹ năng trong công việc và bản thân;
- Nhận được sự đồng hành, hướng dẫn từ cấp quản lý và hỗ trợ từ đồng nghiệp.
- Được trao quyền với những thử thách to lơn hơn;
