**What We Can Offer**:

- Research, propose and coordinate the implementation of quantitative solutions to improve the quality of risk management and support the Bank's business decisions.
- Participating in product design calculations, building processes; development and quality management of data systems.
- Business modeling; programming financial forecasting models and modeling specific products and operations.
- Surveying data sources, developing data and collecting and managing data for building models in projects to improve the Bank's governance capacity and other research and analysis activities.
- Data governance and implementation of measures and recommendations to improve data quality.
- Programming data quality management report templates and management information reporting templates on BI tools.
- Make comments on policy documents of the Bank and relevant management agencies in the field of risk management.
- Participating in projects to improve management capacity of the Bank.
- Participate in training classes, professional training according to the plan of the department and the Bank.

**Job Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree majoring in Mathematics, Economics, Financial Mathematics, Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Risk Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Applied Economics-finance or other related majors
- Good command of English
- Strong background in Probability-statistics and Mathematics in economics-finance.
- Having programming skills with SAS, R, MATLAB, Python, Ms-SQL tools,...
- Capable of performing high-complexity computations.
- Ability to think logically.

Priority criteria:

- Having national and international awards.
- Having international professional certificates (FRM, PRM, CQF, CFA,...)
- Have an international English language certificate IELTS above 6.0 (or equivalent).;
- Experienced in quantitative analysis at domestic and foreign banking-financial/financial service organizations.
