As **Vietnam Tech Head** you will manage relationships with business and TECH stakeholders to provide guidance and deliver TECH solutions and will act as a point of contact and accountable for TECH business partnering, products and service delivery.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
**Relationship Management**:

- To provide functional and thought leadership to TECH and business stakeholders on ‘art of the possible’ to inspire and drive alignment, digital innovation and transformation in GSK businesses.
- To provide leadership and consultation to Pharma on TECH investments and value-add activities in alignment and support of TECH, digital and business strategic initiatives.
- To work closely with the Pharma business to understand and ensure local business requirements, expectations and opportunities for countries in scope are identified, prioritized and represented in Global Pharma TECH strategies.
- To influence and actively participate in the definition and prioritization of Pharma TECH strategies and solutions.

**Management & Delivery**
- To ensure that all pre-project business analyses and other activities necessary to build Business Case, start projects and control budget are delivered. Role of Tech Head is to define problem statement and involve proper TECH and non-TECH stakeholders, specialists and Business Consultants necessary to deliver Business Case and start project and ensure successful project delivery.
- To ensure business users of new and/or changed TECH systems modify their processes and/or ways of working to derive the planned benefits from the system.
- To ensure that all pre-project business analyses and other activities necessary to build Business Case, start projects and control budget are delivered.
- Experienced management using traditional project frameworks mixed with agile frameworks such as PMI, Agile and Scrum

**Service Management and Delivery**
- To ensure that Customer Satisfaction is regularly measured, analyzed, necessary corrective actions and improvement actions are taken.
- To lead/facilitate serious escalation processes in countries in scope and to lead/coordinate the PHARMA TECH response to crisis situations, like unavailability of a critical system, data loss, Pandemics, etc.

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile and VFQ
- Good knowledge of business & cross company processes and strategies and good understanding of how the business processes are supported by key TECH products (Digital/Multichannel & CRM).
- Multicultural and Matrix working experience and proven track record in leading and influencing cross-functional teams
- Hands on experience on the delivery of CRM, digital and multichannel projects and strategies
- Proven experience of working on cross functional teams
- Proficient English Level is a must.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of service operations, processes, service delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Ability to drive outcomes and manage client expectations.
- Understanding of business area strategic goals, processes and workflow, and of the IT tools deployed
- Familiar with the concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, procedures, hardware, software and services in use for delivering information services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence others, make technical decisions and initiate actions.
