Content planning is the main area
- Monitoring: You'll be actively following your company's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Community) to understand current performance and audience engagement.
- Content Creation: You'll develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regular posts. This content should educate and enlighten your audience within the ever-changing social media landscape.
- Short-form Video Expertise: You'll be responsible for creating short-form videos (perfect for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Youtube Shorts) to support daily promotions and campaign efforts.
- Light Video Editing: You'll work with raw footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to edit and polish these videos using editing software like Capcut, TikTok, and Shorts.

Media planning is a plus
- Consumer Insights & Trends: You'll stay up-to-date on consumer insights, trends, and cultural tensions across major social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube.
- Media Partner Collaboration: You'll work closely with media partners to develop channel plans across paid and shared media channels, strategically placing your content/message for maximum impact.
- Content Distribution: You'll be responsible for transferring promotional content created for the project to partner social media networks.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: You'll collect, analyze, and report on data related to content bookings.
- Budget Management: You'll be resourceful in working with different budgets, proposing creative solutions and suggestions for maximizing your marketing efforts.
- Booking Recommendations: Based on your deep understanding of media and channel insights, personas, and target audiences, you'll recommend booking plans to best achieve your marketing goals.
