- Social Media Management:

- Create and curate compelling content (photos, videos, stories) showcasing our retail store and products.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the store.
- Collaborate with KOLs to promote our products and share content about our store.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Implement paid boosting strategies and optimize content for maximum engagement.
- Understand each brand distributed by the company and create content surrounding the key products.
- Community Building:

- Research and identify influential individuals within the mom and baby community who align with our brand values.
- Develop partnerships and collaborate with KOLs to amplify our brand message and reach targeted audiences.
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and track the impact on brand visibility and engagement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events hosted within the retail store, such as product launches, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote upcoming events, generate excitement, and drive attendance.
- Seek out opportunities for involvement in community events, sponsorships, and charitable partnerships that align with our brand values.
- Content Creation and Editing:

- Edit basic photos and videos to ensure high-quality social media uploads.
- Create original engaging content that follows the brand identity and offerings.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all social media platforms.
- Customer Experience:

- Monitor online inquiries and promptly respond to customer questions and concerns.
- Address customer feedback and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering positive relationships with customers online.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, ETC.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience in developing data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must speak English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a creative eye for content creation.
- Experience with basic photo and video editing software is a plus.
