**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn cơ bản cho Creator mới về kỹ năng Livestream và kỹ thuật Livestream TikTok cơ bản
- Trực tiếp tham gia công việc chuẩn bị trước và sau buổi Livestream (hỗ trợ Setup)
- Tham gia xây dựng kịch bản cho các buổi Livestream, tối ưu kịch bản sau mỗi buổi để gia tăng hiệu quả
- Tiếp nhận và truyền tải thông tin sản phẩm, thương hiệu cho Creator nhằm đảm bảo các thông tin truyền tải là hiệu quả, phù hợp, có mục đích rõ ràng giúp tăng doanh thu
- Kiểm soát và điều phối buổi Livestream để thực hiện đúng tiến độ và kế hoạch đề ra, hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật trong Livestream
- Phối hợp với Creator như 1 trợ lý Livestream để đảm bảo buổi Livestream đạt hiệu quả doanh thu cao.
- Làm báo cáo sau mỗi buổi Livestream để đánh giá hiệu quả
- Nghiên cứu kỹ các Livestream hiệu quả để đúc rút kinh nghiệm, cập nhật các xu hướng và phong cách livestream mới trong và ngoài nước để tăng kiến thức, áp dụng vào thực tế
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo lịch trình, hiệu quả của buổi Livestream

- **Có kinh nghiệm Livestream trên Facebook/ TikTok/ Shopee > 1 năm**:

- Có ngoại hình ưa nhìn, hiểu biết sâu về Beauty
- Khả năng truyền tải thông tin tốt, giao tiếp tự tin
- Năng lượng và ham học hỏi
