**A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

The position will contribute to the organization’s success by:

- Briefing, launching, managing and optimizing new campaigns;
- Ensuring continual growth and performance improvements by implementing plans and strategies created from data-driven insights and research;
- Deliver insightful reports to clients.

**B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Media Planning**
- Assist your manager to develop media strategy, channel recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow plan
- Liaise with media owners for proposals
- Engage clients and creative agencies on day to day operations
- Competitive tracking & reviews
- Media trend updates
- Various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels

**2. Performance Analysis and Optimization**
- Managing the marketing budget and monitoring the performance of spend to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Optimize business posts, ads, and websites on social media channels to increase engagement, traffic, and sales.
- Running A/B tests for landing pages and ad visuals.
- Briefing new campaign assets (landing pages & visuals) with the Planning team.
- Assisting the team in developing the overall performance marketing strategy and direction based on leveraging a strong market and industry knowledge
- Analyze data to make intelligent decisions about advertising strategies and marketing plans.
- Monitor and report on various metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on social media channels.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager

**3. Channel Optimization (supporting for Talent Biz)**
- Manage and develop the CMS including creation of new channels as well as creating and maintaining new and existing channels.
- Expertise in optimizing keywords as well as metadata (title, description, tags, hashtags, caption & transcripts, ect) for all videos on social presence (VOD, livestreams and branded content, etc.) to maximize the reach/impression, viewerships, subscribers or followers.
- Check the copyright of videos, music, and other intellectual properties to solve any problems related to owned media channels.
- Manage paid acquisition channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Tikok Ads. Analyze the results and optimize individual campaigns
- Track and analyze the video performance through analytic tools (YouTube Studio, Creator Studio/ Meta Business Suite, Tiktok Creator Studio or third-parties dashboards)
- Use Youtube trends, Google trends and other 3rd party tools to keep up-to-date trend research, competitive channel analysis, and suggest directions.

**C, REQUIREMENT**:

- College or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, and/or Business
- Minimum 2 years of equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, and/or Digital media industry (SEO/Social Media positions accepted).
- Proven working experience in data analysis. Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
- Expertise in evaluating keywords to optimize SEO effectively
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools, including YouTube Studio, Creator Studio/ Meta Business Suite
- Advantage for passion/experience in video/audio production and distribution
- Advantage for passion/experience in Social Media SEO & digital advertisement
- Regular studies and education on the new updates of Youtube and other video platforms is the advantage.
- Good at English (both spoken and written)
