**We are looking for IT Manager position.**

A self-driven individual who has a passion for helping organizations architect, build and scale complex business and technology solutions. The purpose of this position is to be responsible for creating the best possible experience day by day for users through smart & aesthetic System Admin, Network & DevOps development.

**Responsibilities**:
**I - Managerial responsibility**:
**1. Develop plans and goals for Team**:
1.1. Plan and set goals for team members’ work (If any)
1.2. Support Manager/Director to create budget plan, forecast, manage Department budget for computer, related equipment and cloud services
1.3. Communicate thoroughly the objectives, strategies and plans of Organization and Department to team members
1.4. Plan and manage successful projects, manage risks, costs, time and project teams
**2. Manage team members**:
2.1. Allocate and monitor team members’ work
2.2. Feedback team members for improvements
**3. Develop team members**:
3.1. Define job requirements and support, coach, and develop team members (If any)

**II - Technical responsibility**

**1. Collect and manage technical knowledge**:
**1.1. Manage technical knowledge**:

- Compilation, storing and update of technical documents.
- Extraction of technical knowledge, data by request from other Sections.

**1.2. Manage technical related issues**:

- Contact Technical Persons at Parent Company and supplier about issues related to processing condition and troubleshooting technical thing

**1.3. Innovate technology**:

- Organize and oversee receipt, sorting and summary of initiatives to improve quality of products, production techniques, technology processes.
- Establish IT Policies and Security

**2. Plan, acquire and install technology fixed-asset**:
**2.1. Plan technology fixed-asset**:

- Support BOD to develop fixed-asset investment plan with budget, installation schedule for technology equipment

**2.2. Acquire technology fixed-asset**:

- Coordinate with Admin to process quotation request, supplier evaluation and selection to secure terms that are in the organization's best interest
- Coordinate with Admin to negotiate with facility/ equipment supplier (if needed)

**2.3. Install technology fixed-asset**:

- Monitor installation operation and manage safety, security and access to installation area
- Assess performance of technology fixed-asset investment plan

**3. Maintain technology assets**:
**3.1. Maintain technology assets**:

- Develop maintenance policies for maintenance or repair facility, equipment in company
- Organize and oversee coordination with Sections to plan, prioritize and schedule maintenance activities to rectify break-downs and malfunctions and minimize business disruptions

**3.2. Perform asset maintenance**:

- Organize and oversee
- Routine facility maintenance and unplanned repairs
- Report and suggest solutions to BOD in case of incident related to facility that is beyond the capability of Technology Information Section.
- Monitor maintenance operation of supplier

**3.3. Procure replacement parts & Procure maintenance service**:

- Generate purchasing request to purchase replacement parts
- Cooperate with Admin to process supplier (provides replacement parts) quotation, evaluation and selection

**4. Manage & support Projects**
- Complete DevOps work for all projects.
- Deploy server serve for work and research new project.
- Deploy infrastructure the Sitecore to projects
- Manage and provisioned up AWS Infrastructure
- Cost control of 3rd party services such as Jira and Azure
- Plan and manage successful projects, manage risks, costs, time and project teams
- Deploy system & server for supporting the developer to build projects

**5. Review and approve departmental documents according to regulations**
**6. Resolve other operational issues of department**
**7. Perform other tasks upon request**

**Requirements**:
**A. Core requirement**:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

**B. Preferred requirements**:
1. Have knowledges in coding, Good English is plus
2. Familiar with bug tracking systems: Jira is a plus
3. Good Communication
4. Problem analyzing and solving
5. Time Management
6. Leading IT governance
7. Project management and leadership
