Operation Manager

- Provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization. The Operation Manager

will bring operational, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting

structures and operation controls to the company.
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives.
- Contribute toward the company’s profitability by ensuring optimal Sales effort, cost

saving & efficient. utilization of all available service & resource.
- Effectively communicate and foster growth among the executive team and all

employees. This is a vital leadership role that will drive results, spur growth and

increase the overall efficiency of the corporation.

1. BA or above degree in Marketing, Business Administration

2. 10+ years of prior experience in sales / business development in Fashion Retail industry

3. A proven record of growing team and growing sales.

4. Strategy-driven mindset

5. Proven track record of building innovative, creative, and collaborative teams; can deal with

ambiguity.

6. Demonstrated leadership qualities and effective collaboration with a growth mindset

7. Excellent trait of a good communicator, can communicate across multiple teams of diverse

backgrounds (product, operations, sales, etc ) and industries.

8. At least 3 years’ experience in senior manager position

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with internal and

external people

10. Be an oriented strong and positive leader.

11. ENGLISH IS A MUST

The Operation Manager must have a commercial background with profound knowledge of:

- Marketing
- Direct Sales
- Channel Management
- Develop Pricing Strategies
- Key Account Management

A chief commercial officer typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can

include:

- Provide management to staff and leadership to the organization that aligns with the

company’s business plan and overall strategic vision.
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and

investments and provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial

performance and business opportunities.
- Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective, working

closely with the COO/BOD and other key executive team members.
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with

government laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
- Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.
- Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of

internal and external processes.
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
- Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the

company.
- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective

growth strategies and processes.
- Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans

for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company

policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the

company.
- Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the

company including but not limited to professional staff, management level

employees and executive leadership team members.
- Foster strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, investors and

all other professional business relationships.
- Identify profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business

growth strategies and assess business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and

economic data.
- Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping

employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and

guidelines
- Developing plans for new products or services based on market research and

customer feedback.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders within an organization, including

management teams, suppliers, vendors, and other outside partners.
- Leading the development of commercial strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Serving as a liaison between marketing departments and other departments within

an organization to ensure the delivery of high quality products and services.
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring appropriate inventory levels are maintained

at all times.
- Developing sales strategies that align with corporate objectives in order to meet

revenue goals.
- Reviewing financial reports and budgets to monitor performa
