Java Technical Architect

Lead the team of architects within the SecuTix Vietnam team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
- Understand the intricacies of our complex product architecture design, driving technical upgrades and fostering innovation.
- Develop plans and provide technical leadership and coaching for the implementation of software solutions.
- Organize technical solution meetings, promoting collaboration among technical leaders across cross-functional teams in Vietnam, Switzerland, and Spain.
- Continuously assess system performance, identifying opportunities for stabilization and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the Cloud team (system developers) to establish best-practice components with a focus on performance, stability, and security.
- Establish a Java competency center within the Vietnam team, supporting engineers interested in technical career progression.
- Conduct technical training for architects and engineers, nurturing their skill enhancement.
- Oversee R&D initiatives, including researching new technologies, conducting proof of concepts, and contributing innovations to enhance products.
- Regularly arrange both external and internal events.

**Requirements**:

- More than 5 years of experience in designing complex systems, either as a Senior Engineer or in software architecture design and deployment roles.
- Over 10 years of programming experience, demonstrating deep proficiency in Java and Javascript.
- Experience within Product companies or a SaaS environment.
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, characterized by analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Leadership acumen, capable of guiding teams and driving solutions.
- Proficient in collaborating with large teams, showcasing negotiation and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for contributing to technical documentation and descriptions.
- Familiarity with a range of technical stacks including Java, Oracle, Javascript, React, CI/CD, Docker, Automation Testing, and more.
- Solid command of written and spoken English.
- Deep interest in and promotion of technology trends.
- Passionate about taking on challenges, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
- DevOps skills and expertise in AWS DevOps are considered advantageous.
