**Job description**
- Provide first-level support for network-related issues, including connectivity, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Monitor network performance and ensure network availability and reliability.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage and support user accounts, permissions, and network resources.
- Perform routine network maintenance tasks such as updates and patches.
- Document network configurations, changes, and processes for future reference.
- Escalate complex network issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Assist with network projects and upgrades as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users.

**Requirements**:

- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- From 2 years of experience working in Network
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and networking hardware.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
- Good communication in English
