To cope with our increasing business needs, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join us as.Net Solution Architecture in our fast-expanding team. You will be part of the Enterprise Delivery Team to accelerate the growth of the project in the global market. As part of the teas, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of projects encompassing requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, release and support.

**Key roles and Responsibilities**
The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect enterprise, industry, platform, and solutions.

**Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care**:

- Developing project technology strategies by understanding key client objectives
- Identifying and mapping client requirements
- Articulating solution risks and barriers
- Leading the solution design and bidding efforts for RFP and/or tender
- Implementing architecture by building components and custom designs, prototyping and data migration
- Ensuring technical integrity and consistency
- Documenting systems and validating system performance by developing and conducting test scripts; Completing bug fixes
- Communicating SharePoint architecture standards and frameworks
- Complying with change management processes to meet the gate requirements
- Actively participating in the business development lifecycle

**Job Qualifications**

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
- At least 10 years relevant working experience in enterprise architecture, interviewing stakeholders, architecture reviews, and consensus building
- Insurance domain experience is highly desirable
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to hold sessions with senior-level executives
- Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to agility, business value, and.NET
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to function at both the detail and conceptual levels
- Knowledge of Data Modeling, Data Integration, Data Warehouse, network architecture design
- Experience with service-oriented architectures, secure coding and XML Ability
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010 (MOSS) product and Windows SharePoint Services technology platform
- Good understanding of Microsoft Information Workflow Foundation and architecture
- Understanding of related products such as Project server, Forms server, InfoPath etc. is advantageous
- Good Organization, time management, written and oral communication skills

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with.NET Development Platform (Visual Studio,.Net Framework), C#, C++, VB.Net, ASP.Net, WinForms, Databases, Transact-SQL, XML, Soap, Web Services
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, SQL Server, BizTalk, Exchange, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, Ms Azure, MS Power BI, API Gateway Architecture
