Working closely with customer, stakeholders, and team members.
- Determining requirements and providing project estimaté and timelines.
- Solving issues and devloping work arounds and alternative solutions.
- Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Providing leadership, support and motivation to technical team members.

**Job Qualifications**
- Must have:_
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of software architecture / Experience with the design and implementation of software networks.
- Deep knowledge of AWS,.NET, ReactJS.
- Hand-on design system with Micro-service architecture style and cloud.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with the whole stack and protocols / Understanding of the full software life cycle.
- Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals.
- Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum framework.
- Nice to have:_
- Experience working on the Financial domain.
- Experiences in working with Japan Customer.
- Good at Japanese Communication is plus. (JP N3 up)
