Work with Brand / Sales Manager to development strategic callouts and mange over execution to ensure delivery of customer objectives, brand strategy and channel strategy, forecast country sales budget.
- Drive the annual growth of sales revenue and profitability of these accounts; ensure healthy retail P&L per accounts.
- Applies seasonal campaign to stores and new product launching
- Review Category growth projection, key initiatives by sell-thru. Provide an update of the happenings in the marketplace by category include any market transformation/ elevation projects-update the ‘traffic’ tracker based on the hits/misses for each category to region.
- Lead and manage execution of key account annual plan in key aspects: Category directed assortment by country, silo positioning by season, customer profitability and in-store communication.
