**Job Description**:
Quality Management

Manage quality requirement from customers, set up quality management system from implementation phase to SOP, handle customer's SQM

Quality verification market claim and factory claim from 2-Wheeler's Viet Nam & ASEAN customers

Manage quality assurance, sorting and delivery from warehouse to customers

Lead Vietnam regulation & certification topics including import, export, homologation, and conformity activities

System Engineering (Vietnam & ASEAN)

Provide acquisition support to ACMs and PJMs - Analyze initial customer requirements in comparison with Bosch solutions and possibilities to give appropriate recommendations

In charge of vehicle requirements for all customer projects

Handle technical negotiation and fulfill project scope from post-acquisition to SOP

Analyze market specific legal requirements for project fulfillment

Contribute to innovation strategies, understand requirements of main segments/ popular variants/ customer requirements (end user, dealer) from the market

Customer Technical Support

Handle technical issues & provide technical solutions during project until after SOP

Participate in ASEAN engineering projects, research, validation & integration of new products and systems

Support Sales & Marketing teams in developing 2-Wheeler's Viet Nam & ASEAN customers

**Qualifications**:
University degree with relevant majors

At least 2 years of work experience in motorcycle/ automotive product, quality, R&D management

Experience working with quality management system

Fluent in English; Japanese/Chinese is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, CATIA, mechanical, and calibration tools is an advantage

Goal-oriented, independent, drive and initiative

Prior knowledge of electrification and vehicle safety related products is preferred, including Bosch Mobility processes

Ability to think in PDCA cycle and good problem-solving skills

Good communication and presentation skills

An eye for details and good organizational skills

Good-to-have qualities: clear priorities, leadership skills, ability to handle conflicts

Builder of strong long-term relationship and network
