- We are looking for a _**_QA Manager_**_ responsible for leading the QA team and ensuring excellent, commercial-grade quality of our software products and services, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure._
- Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required._

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor QA team, working closely with the development team and management team to design testing strategies
- Understand domain knowledge & client testing process clearly to implement all testing activities independently and effectively
- Review requirements, specifications and technical documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Review requests, forecast team capacity & allocate resources accordingly
- Work closely with the development team and management team on:

- Estimate test effort accurately and coordinate with team members for work activities
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Deliver products in high quality and on time
- Drive QA process and standards changes to optimize testing quality and team productivity
- Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases for major projects, maintenance, and emergency releases
- Design and implement automation tests scripts, debug and define corrective actions
- Identify, analyze and report test results
- Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system
- Investigate defect reports from production support, isolate their causes, inform development teams for fixing and retest to ensure adequate resolutions.
- Prepare test documents and review with development teams when necessary
- Work on the interpretation of quality assurance issues and problems for technical and non-technical users
- Support in managing the project and team activities:

- Define and conduct training activities/programs for other team members
- In charge of subordinates’ career path and performance review
- Respond to other ad-hoc requests in team
- Provide weekly KPI report to measure team productivity

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- **5+ years of work experience as a QA Engineer/ QA Lead**:

- Strong experience in leading and mentoring people to contribute to the business’s success.
- Solid experience in creating and implementing test strategies and detailed test plans, test cases/scripts
- Good experience in writing new test cases based on requirements
- Experience in developing, documenting and implementing quality assurance standards
- Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and responsive testing (PC and mobile)
- Willing to learn and adopt new technologies and testing methodologies
- Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think out of box
- Good knowledge of testing methodology and tools, experience with** Agile** methodology is a plus
- Experience in API testing and Web Services Ability
- Familiar with Performance Testing
- Experience with Security Testing is a plus
- **Good English communication** skills.
