- Report to Creative Manager.
- Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Design and drive strategic content marketing initiatives such as content planning, development and optimization across different online and social media channels and digital touch-points.
- Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events.
- Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Continuous review and active management of the website and all digital assets.
- Daily Social media and community engagement activities including prompt communication and handling of feedback.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication English skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Experience using various analytics software.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Experience/knowledge and interest in the tourism and mobile app industry would be a plus.
