Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and roles, to identify and resolve ambiguous, multi dimensional business, legal, and product needs to ensure Deliveries architectures are not just performant and usable, but also compliant. Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, design reviews, and postmortems, and raise the bar for engineering best practices across teams and tech families. Identify process gaps and establish engineering processes — project management, collaboration, code quality, etc. Mentor and be a role model for junior engineers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and build high performance, scalable and testable components for our platforms
- Investigate cutting edge technologies to improve site reliability, developer experience, customer experience, and raw performance.
- Follow and improve best practices with Java, including naming conventions, static code analysis, etc.
- Assisting other developers with troubleshooting, debugging, and coding.

**Yêu cầu**:

- BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Atleast 8+ years of experience with high-traffic distributed systems and client-server architectures.
- Experienced designing, implementing, deploying, optimizing, and maintaining critical backend services with tight SLAs, at scale
- Solid computer science fundamentals (theory, data structures, algorithms, design patterns).
- Familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot architecture and best practices.
- Proficience with Authentication/Authorization Approaches
- Proficience with performance techniques such as caching, multithreading, etc.
- Familiar and practiced with jUnit, Cucumber, or similar testing libraries.
- Strong experience writing SOLID code using OOP design patterns.
- Experience with container technology such docker and container orchestration systems
- Experienced with Kubernetes

**Bonus**:

- Can work with other languages.
- Experience with queues and big data technology such as Kafka.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong drive to use best practices such as TDD or BDD.
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodology
