**We’re looking for **a** **Junior** MKT **Specialist** to bring your talent to Noventiq. You’ll be a part of our Marketing Department.**

**What you’ll do**:

- Plan and execute all Marketing campaigns
- Co-develop and verify different types of content, including ads, blogs, e-newsletters, videos, PR articles, or any related content materials
- Organizing webinars and physical events
- Manage 11 social media channels in Emerging Market (Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar)
- Working closely with Sales team to optimize the lead-generating process
- Manage, clear, update, and analyze MKT database
- Bi-weekly report to Marketing Manager related to outcome/ performance of MKT campaigns, improvement, upcoming plan, etc.

**About** you**:

- Proven 1-3 years of working experience in relevant work
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycle and how to employ inbound marketing to nurture leads, drive adoption and boost the growth
- Ability to manage webinars such as welcoming guests, and speakers, introducing the agenda, the main topic of the webinar, support Q&A session, etc.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the IT industry
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Time-management skills
- Result-oriented, strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Willing to learn and enjoy new challenges. High sense of responsibility, result-oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Google technology in general, and information technology is an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of data analytics, statistical analysis, and marketing ROI

Advanced skills & knowledge:

- Familiarity with Graphic Design tools (Photoshop, AI...)
- Familiarity with SEO, WordPress
- Familiarity with Power Bi, CRM
- Required Competencies: Teamwork, Initiative, Fostering Communication, Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Research, Analysis and Assessment
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Google technology in general, cybersecurity technology, information security
